About the event
This gentle flow will awaken our mind & body whilst connecting us with the uplifting spirit of summer! To compliment this yoga practice, I will also have freshly made iced tea to refresh & revitalize!
We will meet in the open field inside Town Centre Park located by the Inspiration Garden (which is just north of Guidlford Way on Pipeline Road).
Please arrive 10 minutes early and bring a yoga mat, sun screen and water bottle - I look forward to seeing you there! xo
